The HPI Savage was one of the first nitro-powered monster trucks to use a twin vertical plate chassis. It also uses the longest shocks ever used on a monster truck. Several versions of the truck have been available since its release and through the years it has been equipped with different sizes of big-block nitro engines and brushless motors.
